1. Agreement
By accessing credside.org or credside.app ("Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. What CredSide Is
CredSide provides software that helps users understand available credit-report data, review possible reporting inconsistencies, confirm facts, and prepare dispute letters for user review and approval. CredSide does not automatically submit disputes to bureaus or furnishers. You remain responsible for reviewing letters and deciding whether to send them.
CredSide is currently offered as a controlled beta with limited access. Features described on marketing pages reflect the current beta scope unless clearly marked as planned.
3. No Guarantees
CredSide does not guarantee any specific credit score increase, removal of any credit report item, approval for credit, or dispute outcome. Analysis and letter preparation tools are informational — not legal or financial advice.
4. Your Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to use the Services.
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving all dispute letters before any submission you choose to make.
- You agree not to use CredSide to dispute accurate, verifiable information fraudulently.
- You must provide accurate account information and maintain the security of your credentials.
5. User Control
CredSide will never auto-submit disputes on your behalf. Dispute actions require your explicit review and approval. Accurate negative information is not automatically challenged.
6. Waitlist and Pricing
Joining the beta waitlist does not create a paid subscription or guarantee access. Final plans and pricing will be announced before any charge is made.
7. Intellectual Property
CredSide, its logo, software, and content are owned by CredSide. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial credit-report review consistent with these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CredSide is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, including credit decisions made by third parties.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may request account deletion by contacting support.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CredSide operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
