This Notice applies to the CredSide early-access marketing website and signup flow.
Plain-language summary: credside.org collects the email address you submit for early access, plus limited technical and analytics information used to operate the site. We do not ask for bureau passwords on this form. You can request deletion at support@credside.org.
1. Scope
This Notice covers the CredSide marketing website at credside.org and early-access email signup. The authenticated application at credside.app may have additional practices disclosed when you create an account.
2. Information we collect
- Email signup information: email address; optional post-signup preference about what you are preparing for; consent flags; signup source; UTM parameters; page path; timestamps.
- Technical information: IP address, browser/user-agent, and similar request metadata used for security, abuse prevention, and delivery of the site.
- Analytics information: page views and basic interaction events via Google Analytics configured with IP anonymization when enabled. Email addresses are not intentionally sent into general analytics events from the waitlist form.
3. Purpose of collection
- Contact you about CredSide early access and product updates
- Operate, secure, and improve the marketing website
- Measure aggregate traffic and conversion performance
- Respond to support and data requests
4. Consent records
When you join early access, we store marketing/early-access consent indicators along with source and policy version markers included in the signup payload (for example privacy and consent version tags). Joining does not enroll you in SMS from this form while SMS is inactive.
5. Service providers
We use infrastructure providers to host the website, store waitlist records, and send transactional confirmation email when configured. These providers process information on our behalf to operate CredSide.
6. Retention
Waitlist records are retained while early access is operating and as needed to honor unsubscribe and legal obligations. You may request deletion as described below.
7. Unsubscribe and data requests
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using links in those messages when provided, or by emailing support@credside.org. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information collected through this site at the same address.
8. Security practices
We use HTTPS for the marketing site and restrict access to waitlist storage systems. We do not claim perfect security. Do not send bureau passwords, Social Security numbers, or full credit reports to the marketing waitlist form.
9. Children
CredSide early access is intended for adults in the United States who are at least 18 years old.
10. Policy changes
We may update this Notice. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date and version marker.
