Plain-language overview of how CredSide handles trust. Every statement below is tied to current marketing-site practice, early-access product truth, or a clearly marked future commitment.

Security

The marketing site is served over HTTPS. Invited product use occurs in the authenticated CredSide application. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bureau passwords, or payment cards on credside.org forms.

Future commitment: public security reports and bug-bounty programs are not claimed until published.

Privacy — what we collect and why

  • What we collect (early access form): email (required); optional first name, phone, state, intent; consent flags; UTM/source metadata.
  • Why: to invite eligible consumers and send product updates you opt into.
  • Who can access: CredSide operators with a need to administer waitlist and support.
  • How long: until you request deletion or we no longer need it for the stated purpose (see Privacy Policy).

Consumer rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold by emailing support@credside.org. Official credit-report rights are governed by applicable U.S. law and bureau processes — CredSide is not a credit bureau.

Responsible AI

CredSide Engine™ may use AI assistance to organize and explain information. AI does not submit disputes, does not replace your confirmation, and does not guarantee outcomes. Human accountability and consumer control remain required.

Nationwide availability

CredSide markets nationwide early access for eligible U.S. consumers. This is not a claim of all-state licensing, CROA registration status, or government approval. LEGAL_REVIEW_REQUIRED for definitive regulatory classification.

Accessibility

We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA alignment on public pages: skip links, keyboard navigation, labels, contrast, and reduced-motion respect for non-essential animation. Report barriers to support@credside.org.

Data requests

Email support@credside.org to request deletion or a copy of waitlist data we hold about you.

Cancellation

Joining early access does not create a paid subscription. Unsubscribe from emails via message links when provided, or email support. Paid-plan cancellation terms will be published before any charge. LEGAL_REVIEW_REQUIRED for paid-service agreements.
