By using credside.org, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What this website is

credside.org is an informational marketing site for CredSide, a financial-readiness platform powered by CredSide Engine™. It currently focuses on early-access education and email signup. Product features open in stages and may differ from marketing illustrations.

3. Early access

Joining early access does not create a paid subscription, does not guarantee an invitation date, and does not grant immediate product access. Final plans and pricing, if any, will be announced before charges are made.

4. Educational nature

Content on this site, including readiness illustrations, is educational. CredSide readiness is not a bureau credit score and not a lender approval decision. CredSide does not guarantee approvals or other third-party outcomes.

5. Consumer control

CredSide does not make lending or approval decisions for you. Any future restoration tools, if offered, remain secondary and consumer-controlled.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt services, submit automated spam to the waitlist, or provide information you are not authorized to share.

7. Intellectual property

CredSide name, marks, and site content are owned by CredSide. You receive a limited license to browse the site for personal informational use.

The site is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that illustrative previews match a future production experience in every detail.
